Proud to Serve You
The owner, Dr. Abraham Liu, was born and raised in the Shandong, north part of China, where dumplings and baos are famous across the whole country. Dr. Liu moved to US in 2013 to study in Colorado School of Mines and graduated in 2017 with a PhD in Petroleum Engineering. Dr. Liu takes pride in his ability to discover the most unique flavors from China and share them with Coloradans.
